HRERA Gurugram lists the promoter as Eldeco Sohna Projects Limited, a project company of the Eldeco group, and the project is registered as 81 of 2017, dated 23 August 2017. Architect progress reports filed with the regulator describe a site of about 13.2 acres. The apartment mix covers 2 BHK homes from about 1,264 sq ft, a 2 BHK with study, 3 BHK homes of about 1,751 sq ft and a larger 3 BHK with a servant room of about 2,122 sq ft. Listing portals describe the project as ready to move, although they disagree on the number of towers and units, and quarterly progress reports were still being filed with HRERA up to the end of 2023. The project is one of the more established addresses on the Sohna side of the Gurugram-Sohna corridor. Buyers should check whether the occupation certificate covers the tower they want, ask about pending conveyance deeds and confirm maintenance charges with the resident body or the developer.
