GLS Aureva is a new group housing project in Sector 4, Sohna, registered in October 2025. The developer on record is AAR Housing Pvt Ltd, with Adishwar Real Estate, Vishwas Propbuild and others as licence holders, and the project carries the GLS name used by the group behind the nearby Arawali Homes. HRERA Gurugram granted registration 98 of 2025 on 16 October 2025 for Phase I and the EWS component. The DTCP licence, 25 of 2025, covers 4.75 acres and runs to March 2030, of which about 3.91 acres is in this registration. The certificate lists 102 residential flats, 56 flats for economically weaker sections and six commercial units. The towers are planned as ground plus 17 floors, with a separate ground plus six EWS block, and the projected completion date is 31 March 2033. Unit sizes and prices were not confirmed in the sources reviewed. Given the long completion window, buyers should study the payment plan, the construction schedule and the developer's track record in Sohna before booking.
