The promoter shown on the HRERA record is Faith Buildtech Private Limited. The project was registered with HRERA Gurugram on 16 January 2023 as GGM/668/400/2023/12. Listings describe about 30.8 acres with 549 residential plots, which makes it one of the larger DDJAY colonies in the Sohna belt, and give a completion target of December 2027. Plot sizes quoted by listings fall roughly between 117 and 179 square yards, within the limits the DDJAY policy sets for plots in such colonies.
