LID Green Valley

Green Valley is a DDJAY plotted colony by Lion Infradevelopers in Sector 35, Sohna, on about 12.4 acres under DTCP licence 23 of 2019. It was among the earlier affordable plotted colonies in the southern Sohna sectors. HRERA Gurugram registered the colony as 45 of 2019 on 30 August 2019, and the records note a completion certificate dated 26 June 2023, indicating that internal development works were signed off. Listings now describe the plots as ready, with freehold plot sizes of roughly 147 to 169 square yards. The developer has since bought back 14 plots through conveyance deeds and applied to register independent residential floors on them, which HRERA lists as Green Valley Independent Floors. A separate colony, Green Valley 2, is in Sector 6 and is not the same project. Buyers of plots should have the title checked through the conveyance deed and mutation record, and buyers of floors should confirm the floor project's own registration and building plan approval.
