MVN Athens

MVN Athens is an affordable group housing project by MVN Infrastructure in Sector 5, Sohna, on Dhaula Road. It is a compact project of about 1.74 acres, which is typical of the smaller licensed pockets allowed under Haryana's affordable housing policy. HRERA Gurugram registered it in July 2022 as 63 of 2022. The registration certificate and a later corrigendum record 274 residential units, 9 commercial units and three towers. The DTCP licence for the land, 27 of 2020, was shown as valid only to October 2025, so its renewal status is worth checking. Under the affordable policy, flats are sold by draw at a regulated rate per square foot of carpet area with instalment-linked payments, and the commercial shops serve residents. Unit sizes were not confirmed in the sources reviewed. A 2025 consumer complaint about a similarly named MVN project in Sohna concerned delayed possession, so buyers should look at construction progress, the latest quarterly report on the HRERA portal and the licence renewal before committing money.
