Parsvnath Paramount is a condominium project beside Subhash Nagar metro station in west Delhi, close to Rajouri Garden. It is built by Parsvnath Realcon and registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2021P0002. The record describes air-conditioned three and four bedroom apartments and penthouses on about 6,445 sq m of leasehold land, with 324 parking spaces. Building approval dates from July 2010, and the registered end date was September 2021, but the progress entry in the record showed only about 58 percent complete. Like several Parsvnath projects on land linked to metro stations, it has faced long delays. The location itself is excellent for west Delhi, with direct Blue Line access and the Rajouri Garden and Tilak Nagar markets nearby. Before buying, especially on resale, check the latest RERA update, any extension or order from the authority, the lease terms with the land-owning agency, the occupancy certificate and whether there are pending buyer cases.
