Pavilion Dwarka Sector 10

Pavilion is a neighbourhood shopping complex on the LSC-2 plot in Dwarka Sector 10, developed by Kay Cee Associates LLP. It is registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2024P0006, approved in March 2024, with an end date of September 2026, and the mirror of the registration now shows it as fully built and ready for use. The record lists a freehold plot of about 3,165 sq m and 121 shops: 51 on the ground floor, 35 on the first, 28 on the second and seven on the third, with 60 basement parking spaces and fire fighting systems. DDA sells local shopping centre plots like this one by auction to private developers, who then build and sell the shops; this is one of the newer such complexes in Dwarka. Sector 10 is a settled, dense part of Dwarka with many DDA and cooperative housing societies, and the metro station of the same name is close by, which should support everyday retail such as groceries, pharmacies, clinics and restaurants. We did not find shop prices. Check the floor-wise footfall, the parking allotment and maintenance charges before buying a unit.
