Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme

Krishna Housing Scheme is an affordable housing project by Raheja Developers in Sector 14, Sohna, launched under Haryana's affordable housing policy of 2013. The resolution professional's invitation for bidders describes about 10 acres with 11 towers of 1 and 2 BHK flats, totalling 1,644 homes, along with 147 retail units. Possession was due by June 2019, after environmental and building plan approvals in 2015, but the flats were not delivered. In August 2025 the National Company Law Tribunal admitted an insolvency petition filed by about 130 allottees over an alleged default of about Rs 38.89 crore. In April 2026 the appellate tribunal confined the insolvency process to this project alone, so Raheja's other projects are not part of it. The resolution professional has invited expressions of interest from bidders to complete the project, with timelines revised in mid-2026. One account puts the construction at roughly 58 percent complete. Allottees should file and track their claims with the resolution professional and follow the outcome of the resolution plan, which will decide how and when the flats are completed.
