Signature Global Park I Extension

Signature Global Park I Extension adds new plots and independent floors to the developer's first Park colony in Sector 36, Sohna. The original extension land is a 5-acre DDJAY licence, 18 of 2021, valid until April 2026, and in November 2024 Signature Global obtained a further licence, 154 of 2024, for about 2.97 acres. HRERA records show two strands. One registration covers the affordable residential plotted colony on the new licence. The other, applied for in February 2025, covers residential floors on about 1.58 acres, with a projected completion date of 31 March 2029. Hearings were held in March 2025, but the final registration number for the floors was not visible in the sources reviewed. As a recent addition to the Park series, this phase is at an early stage. Buyers should obtain the registration certificate number for the specific floors project, check the approved building plan and confirm the possession date in the builder buyer agreement against the HRERA record.
