Signature Global Park II

Signature Global Park II is one of the developer's low-rise DDJAY colonies in Sector 36, Sohna, on land in Village Dhunela. Under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana, Signature Global developed plots in a licensed affordable colony and then built independent floors on them, typically four homes per plot, which are sold as separate units. The colony covers about 11.06 acres under DTCP licence 39 of 2019 and was registered with HRERA as RC 43 of 2019 on 1 August 2019. A separate registration for the independent floors in Phase II, GGM/474/206/2021/42 dated 27 July 2021, covers 420 homes on 105 plots across about 2.7 acres. News coverage from the launch period described the Park II and III phases together as offering 2 and 3 BHK floors under the affordable plotted scheme. Listing sites now show resale floors in the colony, and Signature Global's neighbouring Park III received a completion certificate in 2021. Buyers of resale floors should check that the specific floor has an occupation certificate, that the conveyance deed has been executed and what share of the plot and parking comes with the floor.
