The Serenas is an affordable housing society built by Signature Global in Sector 36, Sohna, on land in the revenue estate of Village Dhunela. The HRERA Gurugram record names Signatureglobal Homes Private Limited as promoter. It was among the company's early Sohna projects under Haryana's affordable housing policy, which caps prices per square foot of carpet area and allots flats through a draw. A 2020 developer-era listing showed 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats of roughly 488 to 644 sq ft at about Rs 3,600 per sq ft, which put original prices at around Rs 17.6 lakh to Rs 22 lakh. A Signature Global brochure now lists The Serenas among its delivered projects, and resale portals show it as ready to move, with one portal giving January 2021 as the possession date. Resale asking prices are well above the original allotment rates and vary by listing. The registration number could not be confirmed from a page we could open, and a number seen in search results also appears against a nearby Signature Global colony. Buyers should obtain the registration certificate, the occupation certificate and the conveyance deed, and check any transfer conditions that applied to the original allotment.
