Supertech Hill Estate

Supertech Hill Estate is a small plotted colony in Sector 2, Sohna, developed by Supertech Limited under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana, Haryana's affordable plotted housing policy. The project sits beside the developer's larger Hill Town development on the Gurugram-Sohna road. HRERA Gurugram approved the registration as GGM/433/165/2021/01, dated 8 January 2021. The registration form lists a total area of about 8.59 acres, with about 4.34 acres of plots for sale, roughly 2.24 acres of roads and about 0.64 acres of parks. Promotional material uploaded to the regulator mentions plots of about 121 to 180 square yards. At the registration hearing the authority noted that some approvals, including the zoning plan and service estimates, were still pending and asked the promoter to file them. Supertech Limited was admitted to insolvency proceedings in 2022, so anyone considering a plot here should check the current status of the project before the insolvency tribunal and HRERA, confirm that services have been laid and ask whether the sale deed can be registered.
