About Supertech Hill Town
Supertech Hill Town is a township-style development by Supertech Limited in Sector 2, Sohna, on the approach road from Gurugram. It is one of the older large projects on the Sohna side of the corridor and includes residential plots along with built housing, with separate later projects such as Hill View, Hill Crest and Hill Estate registered next to it. HRERA orders refer to several 2017 registrations for Hill Town, including 97 of 2017, 258 of 2017 and 286 of 2017, with revised completion dates between October 2020 and June 2021 depending on the phase. The DTCP licence cited in the orders is 124 of 2014. Different orders give very different land areas, which probably reflects separate phases rather than one parcel.
