Tathastu 35

Tathastu 35 is a large affordable group housing project by Tathastu Realty in Sector 35, Sohna, on land in the villages of Mohammadpur Gujjar and Sohna. It is one of the bigger affordable projects in the Sohna belt, which has drawn much of the recent affordable supply in Gurugram district. HRERA Gurugram registered the project on 4 December 2023 as GGM/764/496/2023/108. The certificate covers about 9.91 acres with 1,368 residential units and 494 commercial units. The DTCP licence, 131 of 2023, is held by the promoter, formerly known as Sedulous Realtech, and runs to 22 June 2028. Under the Haryana affordable housing policy, flats are allotted through a draw at a fixed rate on carpet area, with the balance paid in instalments over the construction period, and the large commercial component is meant to serve residents. Unit sizes were not confirmed in the sources reviewed. Applicants should follow the official draw notice, check the allotment letter for carpet area and payment schedule, and review quarterly progress reports on the HRERA portal before each instalment.
