Kingsbury is one of the main apartment complexes inside TDI City, Kundli, developed by TDI Infrastructure Limited. HRERA Panchkula complaint records describe it both as Kingsbury, TDI City Kundli and as Kingsbury Apartments, Sector 61 Sonipat. The complex has several named blocks, and resident welfare associations for the A Tower, B and D Towers, C Tower, S Block, HJK Blocks and UVY Blocks have filed complaints against the developer, with hearings listed from 2020 onward and further individual complaints in 2024. The records we saw do not show what the complaints concern or how they were decided. Listing portals show 2 BHK units of about 1,110 to 1,264 sq ft, 3 BHK of about 1,625 sq ft and 4 BHK of about 1,930 to 2,700 sq ft, and tag the project as ready to move, with resale listings active.
