TDI The Grand Retreat

The Grand Retreat is a TDI Infracorp (India) Limited township spread over Sectors 88 and 89 of Greater Faridabad, with residential plots and low-rise apartments. Haryana RERA lists it under registration HRERA-PKL-FBD-19-2018, dated 2 June 2018, with project id RERA-PKL-751-2019 and an approved status with the certificate uploaded. Listing portals show both plotted inventory and 3 and 4 BHK apartments of roughly 2,295 to 4,995 sq ft super area, and treat the project as ready to move. TDI also has a separate registered plotted project called The Retreat in Sector 89, which is listed on its own. The southern Neharpar sectors around 88 and 89 are among the more established parts of Greater Faridabad, with schools, the Amrita Hospital to the east and access to the Faridabad Bypass and the Kheri Road. Since this is an older project under extension or completion, a buyer of a resale unit should ask for the occupation or completion certificate, conveyance status and maintenance arrangements.
