Hero Homes launches Leafsong Retreat on 4.5 acres in Sector Mu, Greater Noida

The launch

Hero Homes (Hero Realty), the real estate business of Hero Enterprise, launched Leafsong Retreat in Greater Noida, reported on 20 October 2026.

• Location: Sector Mu (Mu 1), Greater Noida.
• Land: about 4.5 acres.
• Towers: three, up to 30 storeys.
• Homes: 2 and 3BHK residences in several layouts, pitched as luxury.

The coverage did not give prices, unit counts, sizes, a RERA number or a possession date. The report also mentioned that Hero has a separate 17.3-acre parcel in the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township in Greater Noida with development potential of nearly 6 million sq ft.

About the location

Sector Mu is one of Greater Noida’s Greek-alphabet residential sectors south-east of Pari Chowk, close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway’s southern end and the Yamuna Expressway. It has mostly plotted housing and some group housing, with good road width but limited retail. It is closer to the Noida International Airport than Greater Noida West, and has become a target for developers since flights began in June 2026.

What it means for buyers

Hero is a relatively new name in for-sale housing compared with established NCR developers; Hero Homes Gurgaon in Sector 104 is among its earlier projects. Buyers should evaluate its track record on that project, along with construction quality and maintenance.

A 4.5-acre site with three tall towers is moderately dense. Check how much of the land is open green space and what amenities are included, since “luxury” positioning in Greater Noida often means higher maintenance charges.

What to check

• The UP RERA registration number (it starts with UPRERAPRJ) and the completion date for the tower or phase you are offered.
• The authority’s lease and dues position for the plot – unpaid land dues have been the main reason for registry delays in Noida and Greater Noida.
• Price per square foot of carpet area, not only super area.
• Delivery history of Hero Homes Gurgaon, Sector 104.
• The specification list attached to the agreement for sale.

Leafsong Retreat is one of several launches and land deals in Greater Noida since the airport opened, alongside the DMIC township auctions won by Godrej Properties and Puravankara and Gaurs’ fast sell-out on the Yamuna Expressway. With so much new supply arriving at once, buyers have room to compare. Ask for a written price list with floor-rise and preferential location charges, and compare the all-in cost with ready resale flats in established Greater Noida sectors before deciding.
