Where Sector 108 is and how it is laid out

Sector 108 is in Gurugram, Haryana. Local guides place it in the Dharampur–Dhankot belt of New Gurgaon. They put it about 4 km from the Dwarka Expressway and 9 km from NH-48. Sector 109 lies to the north and Sector 103 to the south. These distances come from property portals, so check them on a map before relying on them.

The sector is mostly residential. One portal says about 40% of it is built and the rest is still developing. That mix of finished societies and active construction affects daily life, as the civic section below explains.

Access is mainly via Dharampur Main Road and JP Road, not a direct expressway slip road. One guide estimates a 10–15 minute drive on internal roads before you reach the elevated corridor. Treat that as a rough figure.

The Dwarka Expressway is about 29 km long. The Haryana stretch was inaugurated in March 2024, and the full route is reported to have become operational in June 2025. Another source dates the Delhi-side opening to August 2025. Sources differ on dates, but the road is in use.

Sector 108 currently has no metro connectivity. One portal estimates the drive to Dwarka Sector 21 metro at about 26 minutes, and to Millennium City Centre (HUDA City Centre) at about 45 minutes. The same table lists Gurgaon railway station at about 18 minutes and Basai Dhankot station at about 17 minutes. These are estimates, so test them at your own commute hours.

Sources disagree on the distance to Delhi's IGI Airport. One portal gives roughly 12 km. Another gives 20.3 km. Check the route and timing on a live map before you decide.

The Shikshiyan School is inside the sector. Euro International School is about 3 km away, and DPS and Royal Oak International School are about 5 km away. These are portal figures, so confirm admission rules and bus routes with each school.

For healthcare, Jai Sai Ram Hospital is listed at about 2.9 km and Rion's Hospital in Sector 110 at about 3.6 km. Manipal Hospital in Palam Vihar is put at roughly 8–10 km. Check emergency and specialist cover in person.

For shopping, WTC Plaza is listed at about 1.4 km and Kataria Complex at about 4.5 km. Larger malls such as Ambience Mall are often described as nearby. No distance is given, and the sector is about 9 km from NH-48, so plan on a drive.

Water and drainage

GMDA supplies city water from the Chandu-Budhera and Basai treatment plants. In an earlier summer, supply fell short of demand and caused shortages in newly developed areas. A new 100 MLD unit at Chandu-Budhera missed several deadlines. I could not confirm its current status. One portal says parts of Sector 108 need better sewage systems and steadier water supply. Ask each society about its water source, tanker use and sewage treatment.

GMDA's storm drain works are in nearby Sectors 112–115, not Sector 108. That project was costed at ₹32.80 crore, with a completion target of May 2026. I could not confirm that it finished. Ask about waterlogging in the monsoon in the specific area you are considering.

Roads and street lighting

Residents on one portal report dust on the master road linking Sectors 99A and 108, and poor street lighting from Sobha City to Dhankot Chowk. These are user reports, so visit and judge for yourself.

Power, approvals and litigation

I did not find reliable, sourced information on power reliability, authority approvals, or litigation or stalled projects specific to Sector 108. Do not assume any project is clear. Verify each one yourself using the checklist below.

• Gurugram Metro: The foundation stone for the 28.5 km, 27-station corridor was laid on 5 September (2025). It links Old and New Gurugram. Completion is slated for four years after the start. It includes a 1.85 km spur from Basai Village to Sector 101 on the Dwarka Expressway. That spur ends at Sector 101, not Sector 108, and timelines may change.
• Expressway service roads: Reports describe nearly 30 km of service road, with land issues still delaying some points. I could not confirm a firm completion date.
• Expressway extension: In May 2026, a Delhi airport master plan proposed extending the expressway to Mayapuri Ring Road. It was still a proposal, with funding and approvals pending. Do not count on it.

Sector 108 may suit buyers who want newer housing away from the main expressway frontage and are comfortable driving. DLF Cyber City and Udyog Vihar are about 15 km away. • Look up the project on the Haryana RERA site and confirm the registration and promised possession date.
• Ask for the licence, approved plans and, for ready homes, the occupation certificate.
• Ask where water comes from and how much of it is tanker or borewell supply.
• Confirm the power connection, backup arrangements and maintenance charges.
• Drive the access route at peak hours and during or after rain.
• Check for nearby construction, which can mean dust and noise.
